Dryer Vent Wizard did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vent. They were professional, and I would highly recommend them. We feel safer in our home now that we have eliminated the possibility of lint catching fire. I just moved into a new home and was getting our washer/dryer replaced when I realized my dryer exhaust was completely clogged. After calling Dryer Vent Wizard, they were able to take my emergency into consideration and come out that same day. The technician was right on time, super polite, professional and took his time to discuss different options after realizing the duct installed was not up to code. Within a few hours, he had completely replaced my duct with a new, shorter run to optimize the performance of my new dryer as well as save me money by running a shorter duct. Dryer Vent Wizard came out only 2 days after I called about an issue. The technician explained everything really well and made our options clear. His inspection was thorough and he figured out the least expensive solution that would also be the least invasive and most effective. He did the work right then and there, so no waiting after the consultation for additional days or weeks until the work could be done.
